We reduce the cost of your ongoing bills by negotiating the lowest prices with your providers on your behalf. Saving you time, money and the hassle!

First, you provide us with the information we need about your service provider account and current bill by uploading a bill through our platform. And then allow Bill Experts to negotiate and apply the savings or make changes on your behalf. Once we have that information, we get to work on calling your providers for better prices and promotions. If your current provider doesn't offer any savings, we will find a provider that has the lowest price without comprising your current benefits. In fact, we will try to find better value plans for a lower price and present them to you for you to make the final and informed decision.(we will notify you about the savings found and you will make the final decision whether you would like to proceed).

If we save you money, we'll take 30% of your total yearly savings (e.g., if we save you $100 in the first year, we'll only take $30 and you keep the $70). Once you provide us with your bills, we will negotiate savings on your behalf from now on.

You can. And if you refuse any savings, you won’t be charged.

You would allow Bill Experts to contact, negotiate, get any relevant information, enter arrangements on behalf of you with the listed providers agreed by you. We will keep you posted throughout the process, and you will be the one making final decisions about what you wish to do with the information and savings we find for you.

Everyone's bills and usage are unique. Our Estimate Savings calculator can give you a rough idea of how much money we can save you based on our average savings. We may save you $100 or $1000 per year on only one bill. While we cannot guarantee that we can save everyone the same amount of money on similar bills, we will work diligently to get the best savings for you. Even savings of $40 per month on one bill adds up to $420 a year.

Your provider will apply the savings to your bill from the next billing cycle. Once your expert bill negotiator have negotiated a lower rate on your behalf, they will reach out to you with the details of the savings. This will include both the start and end date for the savings. This way, you will know when to expect to see the savings reflected on your statements or bills.

Yes, if you refer someone who we're able to save money for, you will receive a $50 discount on your invoice, or you could get an E-gift card worth $50. Details on the program can be found in your customer portal, under the "Refer A Friend" tab on the left.

Don’t worry, if your provider has promised us savings for you, our experts will get on to them and make sure the savings are applied as promised by them. Just shoot us a message via your customer portal.

You can send us your bills once you sign up for the service via your customer portal, you can upload a copy of your recent bill or even snap a picture from your phone and upload it on your customer portal. When you submit your bills, please try to provide the most recent bills/statements, and the first few pages that cover both the summary and detailed information of the bill. If there is anything else, you would like us to know which may help with our negotiations, please let us know.

Absolutely! Providers are always changing their offers and promotions. Our bill negotiation experts have extensive experience to find the hidden promotions that providers will not offer unless we specifically ask them. If we cannot get you additional savings, there is no charge to you, anyway. At least you have the peace of mind you are on the best deal.

We will always get your consent when there are savings associated with entering or extending contracts or even going with a new provider for better plan and pricing. We provide you with the information and you will ultimately decide.

Our fee becomes payable only when we successfully negotiate or find a lower rate/ credits on the service you currently have. If after our bill negotiation services, you change your service, send us the information on the changes made including any contracts and we can pro-rate any savings you received. If you need any clarification, please submit a ticket on your customer portal.

Sometimes your account has a PIN or Password associated with it, please include it when you sign-up and upload the bill. You will also need to digitally sign the letter of Authority to allow us on your account, which will be emailed to you at the time of sign up.

Sometimes, we obtain discounts that expire, other times, they are for the life of the account. In the case where discounts expire, we will note the expiration date in our system and contact you when that discount is about to expire. This way, you get the peace of mind that you will always pay the lowest rate with your service provider!

Yes, you will only be able to allow us to act on your account If you are one of the primary account holders or have the full authority on the account.

To ensure you are receiving the best deals possible, we work for you, not your service providers. This means to serve you better; we must charge a fee for our bill negotiation services. We are so confident in our ability to save you money that we only charge you if we save you money. If we don't save you money, there is no charge to you, whatsoever. No win, No Fee. That’s our guarantee.

When we save you money, you get 70% of the savings, and we get 30% of the savings. (Yearly)

We offer an additional 2% discount for customers who wish to pay in full on their first invoice, or you can opt to pay fortnightly or monthly in 3 months.

If we cannot save you any money. There will be no charge to you.

You will receive an invoice shortly following the completion of your bill negotiation. At the time you can pay the invoice amount in full using your credit or debit card. You can set up a payment plan (3 Months), you can do so via your customer portal.

We are currently building an app for our customers. In the meantime, the web application can be used on mobile phones too as its mobile optimised.

At BILL EXPERTS, we have built our systems to prioritize customer security. To ensure that customers’ data is safe, we use extensive security measures in our operational processes, including the hiring of our staff. There is very limited access to our customers' data. Bill Experts uses Bank-level security with 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to keep your data secure.

If you move and cancel service before receiving all the savings, we achieved for you, just let us know, and we will refund you a prorated amount to reflect only the savings you used. Just send us a copy of the final bill from your provider and we'll take care of the rest.

No. Your credit score is not to be affected if we negotiate a better price with your existing provider. However, if we find your savings from a new provider, we will get your consent to switch providers, in that case, the new provider (Depending on what service it is) may run a credit check. Again, this is very common if you change providers.
