All we need to get started is your bill, if you can’t find your bill, just tell us who your provider is and how much you’re paying. Authorise Bill Experts by digitally signing the letter of Authority so we could call your service providers on your behalf and negotiate lower rates. We guarantee savings, or there are no fees. It's that simple.

We call and notify you about the savings we find for you, once you give us your consent to go ahead, we start the process of applying the savings on your accounts. Your bills drop and you save money. Our fee is only 30% of first-year savings paid over three months.
Bill Experts isn’t a one-and-done company. Once we save money on your bills, we keep hunting down better deals. This ensures you stay on the best deal as prices and plan changes all the time.
Once signed up, you can start uploading your bills on to our secure dashboard. If you don’t have a PDF bill, you can simply take a photo with your phone and upload it. If you don’t have your bill handy, just give us some basic details and we will get to work.
A letter of authority (LOA) document will enable Bill Experts to call your provider and negotiate on your behalf. We will email you the LOA and it can be digitally signed using your computer or your mobile phone. Once we get the signed document, we will commence the bill negotiation process.
We will contact your providers and use our expertise to negotiate a lower rate to cut down your bills. If your current provider doesn’t offer a reduced rate, we will start looking at other providers with lower rates that will significantly cut down your bills. In this process, our aim will be to find you savings without downgrading or changing your plans, in most cases we get upgraded features without having to pay for them.
Once we find the savings for you, we will need your consent to go ahead with applying the savings. If you do not wish to proceed, we won’t make any changes and will happily close the bill negotiation process.
If you are happy to proceed, we get in touch with your provider to arrange forthe savings to be applied to your account. If its with a new provider, we will arrangethe cancellation of your existing account and initiate your new account with the new provider. We will contact you if we need any information during this process.
Once your savings are applied, you will notice them from your next bill onwards.
